First Class Business Preferred Vendor’s List Qualification Process

At First Class Business, we are committed to forging strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with vendors who align with our mission of providing top-tier business growth solutions. To ensure that we maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all vendor relationships, we have established a Preferred Vendor’s List (PVL) qualification process. This process includes submitting a Request for Proposal (RFP) to join our Strategic Partner Program, and meeting specific pre-qualification requirements.

Submitting a Request for Proposal (RFP)

Vendors interested in joining our Preferred Vendor’s List must first submit an RFP. This is the first step in the strategic partner evaluation process and is designed to help us understand your business capabilities, approach, and alignment with the values and objectives of First Class Business.

Steps to submit an RFP:

1) Review the Requirements

Understand the requirements for becoming a strategic partner with First Class Business. We are looking for vendors who can provide high-quality services or products that align with our business growth framework.

2) Prepare Your Proposal

Your proposal should include the following:

* A description of your business and services

* Relevant experience, particularly in business growth and

client-centric solutions

* Examples of successful collaborations and case studies

* Your company’s values and how they align with our brand

* Details about how your services/products will enhance the customer experience and outcomes

3) Submit Your RFP

Submit your completed RFP via our online portal. We will review each proposal thoroughly, and if your business meets our qualifications, we will reach out for further discussions.

Being part of the First Class Business Strategic Partner Program provides an opportunity to align your offerings with a leading brand in business growth, while still maintaining the flexibility of your own entity.

While we encourage alignment with our brand values and business framework, we also respect that vendors may have their own business models and approaches. We value flexibility and encourage innovative solutions that complement our growth strategies.

3) Consistent Quality Standards

Vendors must maintain high-quality service levels, ensuring consistency in delivery that aligns with First Class Business's operational excellence.

4) Collaborative Growth

As a strategic partner, you’ll have access to opportunities for collaboration and joint marketing efforts, which will further elevate both our brands.

Pre-Qualification Requirement:

The Power Launch Program

One of the key elements of our Preferred Vendor’s List qualification process is participation in our Power Launch Program.

This program serves as the foundational infrastructure for building a First Class Dynasty.

It is critical that all vendors understand and align with this framework.

Why Power Launch is Required

1) Consistency Across the Board

Power Launch is a core component of our business growth program, providing vendors with a deep understanding of the methodologies and systems that drive our clients' success.

2) Aligned Methodologies

Vendors will learn about the different stages of our clients' business development and how their offerings can align with those stages. This alignment ensures a seamless interaction and tailored solutions for our clients.

3) Informed Collaboration

By participating in Power Launch, you gain a comprehensive understanding of our standard operating procedures, enabling you to better collaborate with our team and understand the clients’ needs more effectively.

How to Participate

1) Complete the Webinar

Sign up for the Power Launch webinar to gain foundational knowledge about First Class Business's strategy, procedures, and resources.

2) Register for Power Launch

All prospective vendors must participate in the Power Launch program in order to understand how their services harmonize with our launch processes for our clients.

3) Feedback & Certification

After you complete the Power Launch process, you’ll be required to provide feedback and complete a short certification process to ensure full understanding of the material. And if you have similar requests for us, we will be happy to oblige if we deem that our brands align.

ATTENTION BEFORE REGISTERING

We are aware that this registration process may feel like a burden to those of you with a "get rich quick mentality". We do not believe in cheap tricks, or shortcuts, that hurt brands as they fail to establish proper infrastructure.

Full access to our proprietary knowledge is a gift that most brands are not willing to offer to other brands free of charge. For those of you that truly wish to have a long-term partnership, you will value this level of access. Many of you would benefit from contracting our team to resolve issues within your own infrastructure and business model.

If you are a true leader, with humility to ask for assistance and help, you are likely to receive both an upgrade for your infrastructure and become a very successful preferred vendor, and partner, within our network. We will not work with brands that are lazy, lack a sense of proper due diligence, or neglect to follow the simple, detailed instructions outlined on this page.

Upon successful completion of the Power Launch program mentioned above, vendors may continue to the RFP submission process. You will be considered for addition to the Preferred Vendor’s List, if you qualify, and you will be eligible for further discussions regarding strategic partnership opportunities based on the value we perceive you pose to our network.
