In 2011, I designed triggers that would text a valet to pull a car the second a server closed a check. At RestaurantConnect, we built the first dining room system with remote visibility, predictive guest profiling, and automated integrations.
Before that, I was the first hire at OwnLocal (Y Combinator, 2010), a startup that scaled to 3,300+ publications on five continents. In 2017, at eRationalMarketing, I co-built "Legacy," a system for future generations to consult with their ancestors through video journals. Conversational AI, years before ChatGPT.
