Five things to know before you open it

  • Defaults are 2026 industry benchmarks, not your numbers. Open rates and click rates assume warm nurture sequences with documented engagement ranges. Your real rates may be higher or lower. The tool exists to model your reality, not impose ours.
  • App rate is a defensible simplification. Real applications come from multiple paths: direct intent, mid-ladder lift, ladder graduation, urgency calls. The tool models the ladder path. The companion blog post walks through the others.
  • Show and close rates compress in Diagnose mode. When you type closed deals as a real input, the tool can only derive the combined show × close percentage. If you want them separated, use Forecast mode.
  • Email engagement decays over a sequence. The tool calculates cumulative effective rate without applying automatic decay, so you can model your own assumption. Honest deadlines protect deliverability long-term.
